Updates!
So I haven't written a blog for awhile and its not that nothing has been happening around here but that I don't have any pictures. So I decided to just write a blog without pictures this time sorry! :) All is well with the Adams family we have had 6 German Shepherds at our house for about nine months now and just this week we sold 2 of them! I am so excited! My husband thought he was going to train them but he doesn't have the time so we decided to sell them, that means that Shannon doesn't have to take care of them anymore. (That makes Shannon very happy) We are also selling our 2 year old male so if anyone wants to buy him you know who to contact! So that was some pretty exciting news for me this week. Tim is still working like crazy at Cintas and his construction company Boulder Creek, and he also trains dogs so he's pretty busy but I think he likes it that way. We still hang out mostly every night so I'm doing pretty good with all his jobs.
Matt has been so funny lately. Since we got back from our cruise he has been throwing fits, I thought that maybe he was mad at me for leaving for a week but now I see that he's getting to the terrible two's stage. So that's been so much fun this week. If anyone has any ideas about how to deal with that please let me know. Lately whenever he hears music he starts leading it like in church. I think I have a picture of that so I'll have to download that next time. Its so funny though in church now he has to stand on my lap and lead the music with both hands whenever he hears it. I've had many people tell me how cute they think it is. So yeah life is good right now nothing bad which is good just going through life. Until next time.....

More Pics
So the next day we went to Grand Cayman and swam with Sting Rays. I thought I would like this but I ended up freaking out. It was the creepiest feeling to have them glide across your legs and one even jumped on my back! Everyone got a kick out of that. But I loved watching everyone from the boat!
We also had Island night later and Tim wore his Bob Marley shirt and I wore my Jamaica shirt. They had dancing and Tim participated in the many events they had. He even won a bottle of champagne. But since we don't drink he gave it to the runner up who we didn't know at the time was only 18. Yeah we felt bad afterwards.
This is all my cousins eating in Cozumel, Mexico. We went to the best Mexican restaurant(if you can believe it we're in Mexico!). We ended up going snorkeling which I didn't get any pics of and Tim got really sick on the boat and threw up. I felt so bad for him.
This is our last day at the Bahamas. That's our ship in the back round. I was so happy to go on this trip because we really needed a break from life and we needed to just hang out with each other.I'm Back!!!
So I'm back again! I was on a cruise for a week and I just haven't got back into the groove of things. The cruise we went on was fantastic! I went with a bunch of my cousins, their spouses, and my aunt and uncle. We started out in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and went to Ocho Rios Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel Mexico, and we ended at the Bahamas. I got a little sick one day when we were at sea all day and the boat was rocking back and forth like crazy but other then that it was good. I wasn't able to fit all my pictures on here so I'll have to do another blog of some more pictures. The picture above is the first day in Florida, we were waiting the get on the boat so we went to the beach. From left to right Shannon, Heather, Lisa, Melanie, and Shauna. It was fun just hanging out at the beach and actually feeling warm!
The first day of the cruise was my birthday so the waiter and all my family sang Happy Birthday to me. I was a little embarrassed but it was fun!
This is the first night we went to a show on board. From bottom to top: Shannon , Shauna, Mike, James, Heather, Scott, Lisa, Uncle Mike, Aunt Diane, Melanie, and Carl. They had some awesome shows every night and the comedian was hilarious!
The next day we were at sea all day long so we just hung out on the boat and explored. Then later that night it was formal night so we all looked so great in our formal wear. Then we went and did some karaoke. This is a picture of Heather and Melanie singing, Oops I did it again. They were hilarious and Heather can do a great Britney Spears.
The next day we were in Jamaica. We climbed Dunn's River Falls and it was awesome. I fell a couple of times along with everyone else but it was so fun and so warm. This is a pic of Tim and me at the top. So this was all the pictures I was allowed to put on my blog so I'll write more later.Tuesday, March 25, 2008
Easter 2008
This is a picture of Matt after he opened his Easter basket. He could have cared less about the things inside the basket, he loved the blue grass! That is a great toy for kids to just throw around but a pain to clean up.
Here's a picture of Tim and Matt right before we went to church. Matt had his new outfit on that his Grandma Adams gave him and he looked so cute!
Here's a picture of Matt and me. Matt also went to nursery for the first time today. He just turned 18 months old I can't believe it! It was funny because Tim and me were freaking out thinking he wouldn't like and and he loved it. When we went to pick him up he was asleep and all the kids were playing around him. =)
After church we went to my mom's house and had dinner and an Easter egg hunt. Since Matt is the only grandchild he had lots of eggs to get all by himself. He wasn't sure what he was doing but he liked picking the eggs up and shaking them. It was a great Easter and I'm so thankful for my family and friends.Wednesday, March 19, 2008
Matt's New Haircut
So today I decided to trim Matt's hair because it was going past his ears. So I get out the trimmer and start to do it and what happens I go to far and I have to shave his entire head! I actually almost started crying. I love him with hair but its nice to not have to do it as well. So from now on I told Tim I'm going to take him to a professional because I pretty much don't know what I'm doing. :)
This is a better view of his little head. :( But he still looks cute! That's all that matters right?Saturday, March 15, 2008
Lots of Fun Stuff Happening!
So its been awhile since my last post and that's because our computer was not working. We just got it back yesterday so I'm blogging again! Last Sunday we went to Tim's parents house and hung out with them and these are a couple of pictures that we got. This is Matt, his cousin Carter and Grandpa (do you notice Tim texting in the back round wow there's a shock!) The boys always have fun together and its great being with family
Here is a picture of the boys playing go fish with Grandma. They had fun being with there Grandma.
This was on Tuesday when the weather was awesome. I took Matt to the park and Tim saw me outside playing so he grabbed the camera and got a picture of us. For those of you who have never been to my house we live right behind a park so its so nice for Matt to be able to play over there.
Sorry I didn't rotate the picture I forgot but this is Matt and my dad and Matt has his cute hat on. He was totally into hats on Thursday and he wanted some hat on his head all day long. It was really funny. He hasn't done that since this day. Kids can be so random sometimes I love it!
This is a picture of the Rascal Flatts concert which was two weeks ago. It was so fun! Me and a bunch of my cousins went out to dinner and then to the concert. It was a pretty good concert I just wish they could have sang more then talked. I love their music though! So Matt's been sick these last two days and I feel so bad for him. He started throwing up yesterday afternoon and he hasn't stopped. Then today I thought we were doing good and all of the sudden he throws up again later this afternoon. This has been a long long long winter, and I am so excited for nice hot weather.
Oh I wanted to update you about my hip, so I talked to my doctor and I guess I have a tare in my hip. I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do because the surgery for it is pretty bad so I'm going to talk to him on Monday and see what the best option would be. I don't want to get surgery but if that's the only thing that will help me feel better I guess I don't have any other choice. So hopefully I can figure something else out but if I can't I am glad that we have modern technology to help with these problems. Until next time.....
