We went camping as a family the last weekend. We usually go with Tim's family a couple times a year and this was the first trip of the year yeah! We went down to Yuba Lake and the weather was awesome. Tim's parents truck broke down in Nephi but we got everything they needed out of the truck and we were on our way. We set up camp and pretty much just hung out for the first day. Matt decided not to sleep very good that night so Tim and I were so tired the next day. But luckily we took turns watching Matt and we took some good naps. The picture above is Ron, Carrie, and Stephanie.

On Saturday Tim's sister Heidi, and her husband Tony, and their kids Ashlynn and Carter came down to the lake. We went on the boat and that had some much fun. Matt never took a nap unless he was on the boat so whenever they were going out I wanted him to go so that he would get some sleep. He was seriously running around non-stop the entire time we were there. He loved every minute being outside. The picture above is Matt, Carter, and Ashlynn playing the fishing game. They are our entertainment because they are all so fun to watch!
This is Matt and Ashlynn, they always have so much fun together and Ashlynn is so sweet to Matt. We had a very fun trip but it was nice to get home and sleep on a mattress after 3 nights of sleeping on the ground.

You are a trooper, I don't think I could do 3 nights in a tent with a little kid, I'm impressed! It looks like you guys had a lot of fun!
I wanna come! I miss camping. We have only been once since we have been married, and that was when we went to YellowStone! So fun bythe way:) Matt's Family has a cabin near In Sweetwater. It's in th mountains of CO, so that is "Camping" to us now:) Miss you guys!
The cabin sounds much better :) I haven't been to Yuba Lake forever. It looks like you guys had fun, just don't envy the tent situation!
